3. Boredom- Go for a short walk after dinner, it will help encourage digestion and get you out of the house! If you can't go for a walk find an activity that will occupy your hands such as painting your nails, reading a book or organizing your room.
4. Dehydration
Lack of water often mimics the feeling of hunger. If you’ve just eaten and still feel hungry, drink a glass of water and wait 10-15 minutes, before eating more, and see if your desires don’t diminish. In most cases, you’ll move on from your cravings.
5. Soft Drinks - Flavored sodas, iced teas & other sweetened beverages are a huge source of sugar, which promotes fat storage. Research indicates that fructose can trick our brains into craving more food, even when we’re full.
We repeat: breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Eat a good breakfast. For balanced diet add more fiber, good protein, good carbs and healthy fat in your meals.
