Yes the physical changes are obvious but when you under go a transformation like this the mental changes are just as important!

Have you struggled with food addiction, or feeling bound by food? Maybe you fail at every diet, and have felt hopeless time and time again!?

Talk about # momfail when your innocent babies gut health is a WRECK because of YOUR poor food choices ???? ???? So when i had a doughnut on the counter that I FORGOT about, I started crying!!! I realized that I was feeling power over food for the FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE.

My story is NOT about weight loss... it's about the HEALING that took place in my gut, as well as my sons!

Now today = I am pain free, no more migraines, no more allergies, I'm never sick, off all medications, power over food, no more food addiction, ability to make smart food choices, my son has ZERO food issues and no more gas or constipation!

Because I made smarter food choices once I developed more self control, I lost ???? 95lbs ???? on my first year on the Triplex products!
